Our Processes (From 4 to 80 mm OD and more on requests):
- cutting: cutting, deburring, cleaning and drying on automatic line.
- Bending: traditional or variable radius CNC bending.
- Forming: according to all hydraulic standards (JIC, ORFS, DIN,...) or special requests.
- Assembling: tubes and components with welding (TIG, MIG, Orbital), brazing (flame, induction, furnace) or various (crimping, mechanical joint, ...).
- Hose Assembling: crimping hoses and tubes.
- Finishing: cleaning, identification, coating (zinc plating, painting,...).
